- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tubes of Pillsbury crescent rolls, either "big and flaky" or the "original"
- Shredded Cheese
- Finely diced onion
- salt and pepper, to taste
- hamburger seasoning, and garlic powder (may add to meat while cooking)
- Bacon (cooked and crumbled) if desired
These are super easy to make and good to eat! Perfect to serve to friends coming over to watch a football game! These cheeseburger rolls go over well with my crew (and that’s not easy!) and they can really be tailored to suit different tastes!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef on the stove, drain grease, and add salt and pepper to taste. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into triangles. Add a large spoonful (depending on size of crescent rolls used) of ground beef to the large end of the triangle. Sprinkle on diced onion and shredded cheese. Roll up crescent roll as usual from large end to the tip. Place on a cookie sheet and bake until lightly browned. 8 minutes if using the small crescents and about 14-15 if using the big and flaky type. Serve with ketchup and mustard.
**You can get creative and use different burger toppings to liven these up even more! Small pieces of cooked bacon, different cheeses, etc would be great!
