• 1 Tube Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough (if in hurry, if not, use one frozen pizza dough, found in freezer section, thawed and spread out in a 9x13 pan)
  • 1 (6oz) bag pepperoni
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 C. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8oz) bag shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Jar pizza sauce for dipping

Directions:

Spread out pizza dough in cookie sheet. Mix together egg, seasonings, and parmesan cheese. Spread mixture on top of dough, reserving a small amount to spread on top of bread.  Fry pepperoni in pan, then place on paper towels to remove grease. Cover pizza with pepperoni followed by a bag of mozzarella cheese.  Fold edges of pizza inward on top of each other so you end up with a long log type roll (sorry confusing!). Brush remaining egg mixture on top.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cut in strips and serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
