• 1 can chalkboard spray paint
  • 7 Wooden squares
  • Colored Chalk
  • Acrylic paint (to paint the day of the week on them)

So how many of you plan out your meals for a week at a time? In an ideal world, that is what shouldhappen. It makes it easy to make a grocery list, cuts down on buying useless items at the grocery store, keeps you organized, gives you meals to look forward to (yea, I get excited about tasty things for dinner), and if you are in any way like me, writing things down on a list OR in this case on chalkboard squares gives me motivation to actually do it! Now, I made these 3 weeks ago and really have been sticking to the weekly menu making and writing out our work schedules for us to see. Travis thought I was ridiculous AND made fun of me for doing this but now he admits that he likes it too. Will I continue to keep up with it?? Like I said, in an ideal world this is what I will follow every week :) We shall see!

Directions:

Pretty self explanatory. Buy some wooden squares, spray paint them with chalkboard paint. Paint on the days of the week with acrylic paint color of your choice. Let dry and chalk away!
