• 1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 can yellow corn (drained)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (drained)
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • a bunch of green onions, slice thin
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 C. olive oil
  • 1/4 C. red wine vinegar
  • Tortilla chips

Directions:

Mix all together in a bowl, chill in fridge! Serve with tortilla chips!
