• 4 Cups peeled, sliced cooking apples
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1/3 Cup flour
  • 1 Cup quick or old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 Cup melted butter

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this! I think I could eat a whole 9×13 dish of this by myself. Ok, maybe with the help of Travis. It’s embarrassing to say but we have finished it off in a weekends time. I always double the crumb topping and of course eat spoonfuls of it before putting it on top of the apples to bake

Directions:

Combine apple slices and lemon juice, place in 9 x 13 pan. Combine flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon, salt, then add butter and mix only until crumbly. Sprinkle over apple slices. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
