  • Crumbled bacon
  • Red onion

  • Hard boiled egg
  • 2/3 C. Sugar
  • 1/3 C. Vegetable or Canola Oil
  • 2 T. Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 t. Salt
  • 1/4 t. Pepper
  • 1/3 C. Apple Cider Vinegar
I feel like I haven’t blogged for days!! Thank you to Melissa, she picked up the slack while I was on vacation. We just got back from a beautiful Florida vacation. 10 days just wasn’t enough. Even though I wasn’t actively blogging during our trip, my mind was still in blog mode. This salad is to die for. The dressing makes the salad. It’s sweet yet kind of tart at the same time. Give it a try!

Directions:

Put all salad ingredients in a bowl. Put as much or as little of any of the ingredients together! For the dressing, put all ingredients in a blender and mix for about 15 seconds until well blended.
