• 1 Rotisserie Chicken (White meat cut off bone and set aside)
  • 4 Tbsp. Franks Red Hot Sauce
  • 2 Spinach tortilla wraps
  • 4 Tbsp. Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 C. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Romaine lettuce
  • A few tortilla chips, crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 tsp. Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix

When I was pregnant with Evan I this intense craving for hot sauce. Anything with buffalo sauce was mouth watering.  I can’t tell you how many times I made Travis go to Red Robin with me to get the Barbecue Chicken Wrap WITHOUT Barbecue sauce. Instead, with buffalo sauce. To make it even better, they had a never ending basket of steak fries to go on the side. Since I was spending too much money on this wrap on a biweekly basis, I decided to make it at home. This is my version of their wrap. You could probably throw it together in about 15 minutes and it tastes BETTER than Red Robin.. in my opinion! This serves two.


Place white meat of chicken, butter, hot sauce, and italian dressing mix in a pan. Heat on medium until butter is melted and ingredients are well mixed together. Set Aside. Place spinach wraps in microwave for 20 seconds to warm. I put paper towels between them while in microwave so they don’t dry out. Next Layer the wrap in this order… Spinach wrap, 2 Tbsp. Ranch dressing spread down the middle of the wrap, half of the chicken in the pan, 1/4 C. cheddar cheese, lettuce, and a few crumbled tortilla chips. Fold in both sides and roll. Repeat with other wrap!
