- 1 bunch kale
- olive oil, drizzled
- seasoning salt (Lawrys), sprinkled to taste
I hear about kale chips all the time. I wanted to see what the hype was all about so I tried them out myself. Surprisingly, I liked them! They are something good to have sitting around during the day when you want to go in the cupboard and sneak some greasy, salty, potato chips. Use these as an alternative. It’s not like they are difficult to make.. 3 ingredients, can’t get much easier than that!
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Wash kale and pat dry. Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Lay on baking sheet and toss with olive oil and seasoning salt. Bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through, about 20 minutes. Serve as finger food.
