• 1 1/2 to 2 pounds boneless beef sirloin
  • 1 bottle Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce (low sodium)
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, cut in square pieces
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, cut in square pieces
  • 1 Zucchini, sliced thick
  • 1/2 Medium Red Onion, thickly sliced
  • Metal or wood Kabob sticks

This is the quick and easy way to make beef kabobs. Just use a marinade that is bottled up and ready to pour! Good recipe to prepare in the morning so that by dinner time your meat is nice and flavorful!


Pour marinade into a resealable plastic bag. Add the beef, garlic, and ginger. Coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator 3-8 hours or overnight. Add the veggies to the bag, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and reseal the bag; marinate in the refrigerator another  hour. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil the grate. Remove the beef and veggies from the marinade, shaking off any excess liquid. Thread pieces of  bell pepper, beef, zucchini, and onion onto skewers, repeating until all ingredients are skewered. Cook the skewers on the preheated grill, turning frequently until nicely browned on all sides and the meat is no longer pink in the center, about 15 minutes.
