I thought I’d share the Halloween treat that my preschooler is bringing in to share with her class just in case anyone is looking for a last-minute idea!  I tried these out with Lyla and a few of her little buddies and they’re a hit!  I had some extra melted chocolate when I was finished with the skeletons so I drizzled some on pretzels rods and added sprinkles for another easy treat!

Directions:

Lay some wax paper on your table and spread the graham crackers out.  Cut marshmallows in half (width wise) to use for skeleton heads.  Melt the chocolate chips or candy melts according to package directions.  **I find that the Wilton Candy Melts are far less temperamental for piping purposes!  Then, spoon it into a resealable plastic bag and close it.  Cut a very tiny hole in one of the bottom corners.  Squeeze a tiny bit of the melted chocolate/candy melts onto the cut side of your marshmallows and then stick the marshmallow on one end of the graham cracker.  After all of the marshmallow heads have been “glued” on, pipe your skeleton bodies!  Melt some brown chocolate candy melts or regular chocolate chips, spoon it into a bag, and pipe on your faces!  Ghosts are another easy option!
