• 1 container Sambra Hummus
  • 1 block cream cheese, softened
  • the juice of one lemon
  • 2-3 cloves fresh crushed garlic
  • cucumber, diced
  • tomatoes, diced
  • red pepper, diced
  • yellow pepper, diced
  • avocado, diced
  • feta cheese
  • chopped parsley
  • Pita Chips

A few weeks back my friend Esther made this for me while visiting. She told me she had something that she wanted me to try because she knew that I would want it for the blog. She was right! Thanks Esther, I’ve made it a few times since!!

Direction:

In a mixing bowl, with an electric mixer, blend together cream cheese, hummus, garlic, and lemon juice. Spread in a thick layer on to a serving plate or pie plate. Layer with ingredients of your choice (peppers, tomatoes, avocado, cucumber.). Top with Feta and fresh chopped parsley. Serve with Pita Chips.
